KIDS HOPE | Orphanage
HISTORY

The KIDS HOPE Care Center is an initiative of the SDA Indian Ocean Union’s Conference Women’s Ministries. The streets orphaned children of Madagascar, like most orphaned children around the world are constantly confronted with immense psychological and social difficulties.

Those who grow older continue to be vulnerable to maltreatment, diverse harassment and economical abuse and exploitation, all this primarily due to lack of care and protection.
These various vulnerable experiences naturally harm their future livelihoods as well.

A sustained commitment to protecting and improving the lives of these orphaned and marginalised children is necessary to ensure that their needs are addressed through actions at the local level as well as at the higher levels, so that interventions made can achieve the widest possible impact.

The construction of Kids Hope Care Centre is currently in progress and we hope to open our doors in September 2015.
